Our signature and most loved. A local response from New Zealand ingredients.
The ice cream was placed in a small cup. Turned upside down, it resembled a mountain. From there, FUGITOTO becomes a quiet object: a flavour to taste, a form to look at, and a memory to take away.

The space is built on a single idea - white, like milk. A neutral ground that allows everything else to appear: objects, people, flavours, and experiences.
Not a normal menu. Each flavour is treated like an exhibit: numbered, named, placed and remembered.

Our signature and most loved. A local response from New Zealand ingredients.

Hoppy and refreshing, crafted for everyone.

Rich and earthy, savoury and smooth.

Deep aroma, grounded and calm. A quiet taste with an eastern memory inside.

Floral and delicate, light and fragrant.

Oceanic and clean, unexpected and unique.

Desserts, drinks and objects are presented as part of the exhibition. They are not only to be enjoyed, but also to be experienced, remembered, and carried away.
People may enter for ice cream or coffee, but the space slowly becomes something else — a place to pause, sit together, and keep a small piece of the feeling with them.

We started with ice cream,
but what we are building is a space
for people to be together.

Some are drawn.
Some are imagined.
Some quietly stay.
A thoughtful bird who takes things slowly and seriously. Likes tall spaces and quiet corners.
Small, round and full of questions. Carries an avocado wherever it goes.
A quiet calico cat who appears throughout the space. Independent, gentle, and a little curious.
Some objects begin as sketches.
Some begin by accident.
Learning through making.
Thank you for being part
of our sweet space.
